  3. "Social Post": Share content about your personal life and interests.

  4. "Professional Post": Post about your business, job, or industry insights.

  • Select the type of post that suits your objective and start creating. Write clear and engaging content, add relevant tags, and tag friends or connections as needed.

Q. How to create ‘Ask for a Referral’ post?

  • Start by clicking on the '+' sign to access the post creation menu in CURD.

  • From the post creation menu, choose the "Ask for a Referral" option. This option is perfect when you're looking for recommendations or specific services.

  • Select profile: CURD app gives users the option to choose between Personal and Business profiles when creating a post. It provides them with the flexibility to share content that aligns with their current intentions or audience.

  • Craft Your Request:  Begin by writing a clear and detailed post explaining what you need. The more specific you are about your requirements, the better recommendations you'll receive from your network. You can tag people, add media as well as hashtags for a more focussed approach.

  • A job checkbox is available in case you are specifically looking for a job.

  • Industry: Select the industry that best fits your requirement. This helps you reach the right audience and receive more relevant leads. You need to tag at least 1 industry here.

  • Location: Specify the location where you need the service or where the job opportunity is available. This ensures that your post reaches the right geographical audience.

  • Set Visibility Preferences:

  • For your Personal and Business profiles, you can make it visible to

  1. My Network

  2. Only me

  3. Everyone

  • Set Referral Expiry: Choose a referral expiry date if you have a specific time frame in mind. This encourages prompt responses and helps manage your post effectively.

Q. How to create Social / Professional Post?

  • CURD allows you to share content in two distinct ways: "Social" and "Professional" posts.

  • You can craft a post that reflects your personal interests, experiences, or any engaging content you want to share with your network. Or you can post content that relates to your professional life. This can include business updates, industry insights, job-related discussions, or any other relevant content.

  • For the social and professional posts, the rest of the flow remains the same as that of asking for a referral. The only change is that the expiry settings and job checkbox are not provided.
